InterPride has close partnerships with other national and international Pride organizations. Trough joint membership agreements with EPOA – European Pride Organisers Association and Fierté Canada Pride, members of both organizations, are automatically members of InterPride as well.
EPOA – European Pride Organisers Association
EPOA is the network of European lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and intersex (LGBTI) Pride organisations. The association was founded in 1992 in London as a joint initiative of the Prides of Amsterdam, Berlin and London. Over the years that followed, EPOA has consistently grown and now has more than 70 member organisations in almost 30 countries.
The European Pride Organisers Association (EPOA) aisbl is registerd in Belgium and is licensor of the trademark EuroPride.
FCP – Fierté Canada Pride
Fierté Canada Pride is the national association of Canadian Pride organizations that was founded in 2004. Powered by volunteers from across the country, FCP’s membership is made up of 37 Pride organizations from almost every region of Canada. FCP’s mission is to help build vibrant and strong Canadian Pride organizations through collaborating, offering support, networking, helping to develop a national identity of Pride, and offering resources and advocacy for its members.
CAPI – Consolidated Association of Pride
The Consolidated Association of Pride, Inc. (CAPI) is a California 501(c)(3) non-profit corporation made up of 35 LGBT Pride coordinators in the West of the United States and Mexico. Including Alaska, Arizona, California, Hawaii, Idaho, Kansas, Montana, New Mexico, Nevada, Oklahoma, Origon, Texas, Utah, Washington, Wyoming and the country of Mexico.
Encompassing a full range of membership, member committees range from some of the largest in the world (San Francisco and Christopher Street West), to some of the smallest, with midsize events well represented in the rank-and-file. CAPI is a very active association with a governing Board of five officers, providing a number of services to its members.
ILGA – the International Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Trans and Intersex Association
is the world federation of national and local organisations dedicated to achieving equal rights for lesbian, gay, bisexual, trans and intersex (LGBTI) people across the globe.
is a driving force for political, legal, and social change in Europe and Central Asia. Their vision is of a world where dignity, freedoms and full enjoyment of human rights are protected and ensured to everyone regardless of their actual or perceived sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, and sex characteristics.
